Just came back from a lovely week in a one-bedroom apartment. Loved the pool parties and the cozy local eateries nearby, though the cooking facilities could use a toaster!

The outdoor pool area is inviting and well-suited for families! Plus, I loved the spa staff-so helpful and friendly with a range of rejuvenating treatments.

Standard twin room had great cleanliness and daily maid service. Food not very good as we chose to eat out most nights. Fun activities like darts and ping-pong were nice extras.

A week at Hanay Suit Hotel was mostly enjoyable but had a few hiccups. The kids pool, regular pool, and slide created a fun environment. The slide opens at specific times, great for keeping things organized. The slide was often out of order, which disappointed some of us. My grandma loved the spa. She got a hot stones massage and a fish treatment. She came back glowing and raved about the services. I appreciated the pool parties on Saturdays and Turkish night with a barbecue buffet. They definitely added excitement to the week. Food quality varied. I found the local kebab shop nearby had much better meals than at the hotel, where dishes tasted more mediocre. The reception staff had mixed attitudes. While some were cute, one staff member was quite dismissive when addressing concerns. The location was decent, with the beach just a short walk away, yet I noticed loud noise levels at times, especially during the foam party night. Not the worst, but it was disruptive. The hotel had its high points, but a few improvements can make it even better.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious with a great balcony allowing for a lovely breeze. While the apartment had basic kitchen facilities, it was disappointing that the toilet flush broke on the first day and took more than 24 hours to fix without any apology. The noise from other guests was disruptive, particularly during the evening, which detracted from enjoying the stay. Noise control could be better managed by staff.

The pool area was super clean and we never had a problem getting sunbeds. Staff were friendly and always had smiles, really made the vibe nice. The local restaurants nearby were great for food, way better than the hotel food. The beach shuttle service was convenient and made getting to the beach easy.

The noise from the music in the evenings was way too loud, even in our room. We had problems with the payment system at the bar and got charged wrong on a few things.

While the beach is a mere five-minute stroll away, the proximity to loud evening events, particularly during popular foam parties, can disrupt the peaceful vibe many seek. Although the accommodations feature family-friendly pools, there are discrepancies in room assignments that may leave some guests feeling unsettled if their expectations don't match the reality. The food options tend to lack variety, potentially leading to fewer choices for longer stays.

Great budget stay with cozy vibes

The staff were super friendly, especially the bar guys who made great cocktails. Our room was cleaned daily and comfy enough, though it could use a little updating. Breakfast by the poolside was a real treat, but the wifi in common areas was a bit spotty.

Nice staff. Close to the beach. Convenient location with nearby shops. Clean and comfortable swimming pool. Child-friendly amenities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making sure that all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the fridge and kettle, were in good working order. The tiled bathrooms were clean and modern, and the double bed was comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. First of all, the location was perfect, within a 10-minute walk from the beach. We loved being able to easily access the beautiful coastline. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. From Billy, Malik, and Maj who made our holiday memorable, to the cheerful poolside staff, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed, including a fridge and kettle. The attention to detail, from the tiled bathrooms to the comfortable beds, was evident. Lastly, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to our day.

No significant improvements necessary, everything was perfect.
